Following a competitive tender in 2011 we were awarded the catering at the High Lodge Visitor Centre in Brandon, Suffolk by Forestry Commisssion, England. This is a forest location with extensive adventure activities 52 weeks of the year with a Restaurant and Meeting Room

We took over the site in March 2012 and opened in time for the Easter period

Previously, the catering had been managed in-house for a number of years and was felt to lack innovation

We invested £100.000 in a complete upgrade, including a new hot food counter, ice cream kiosk and the fitting out of a Coffee Shop / Grab and Go area to increase throughput at peak periods. After 9 months sales of hot food were approximately 60% higher than the same time the previous year

We are working closely with the Forestry Commission on all aspects of the service and to ensure that our marketing and materials conform to their branding and ethos
